MEDICAL BIOLOGY CAMP (MBC)
The 2019 Medical Biology Camp hosted by Pitzer College and delivered by Cambridge Institute is a 10 day residential summer camp for gifted high school students to learn about cell biology, human physiology, and human disease. It is a perfect preparation for the AP Biology class or college courses in Cell Biology and Physiology, for competitions such as the Biology Olympiad and the International Medicine Olympiad, and for pre-med majors and BS/MD programs.

Biology is the foundation of medicine. If one wants to be a doctor, one must have a solid foundation in biology. The Medical Biology Camp is designed to build a solid foundation in biology in addition to introducing the campers to various common and important human diseases that the campers will learn more about in college and medical school.
